There will be a partial solar eclipse on 20th March - the day after term ends - at about 9am in the morning. The actual time will depend on exactly where you are. It should be well worth getting up as in London, for example, there will be at least 80% of the sun that diappears. See more details on the web for example here

You can get special glasses to view to partial eclipse like these
The partial eclipse can be seen through most of Northern Europe but will be best the further north you are with totality on the Faroe islands or Svalbard. Even as far south as Spain or as east as Moscow you should be able to see some of the sun covered by the moon.
